New Urban Decay Naked Reloaded Eyeshadow Palette 2019 watches |
Above you can see swatches, identical to the other Naked palettes there are 12 eyeshadows each presented in a slim rectangle. Bribe appears to be a bright white matte, Barely Baked a pale yellow gold shimmer, Angel Fire is a light silver shimmer with a whitish base, Retro is a coral matte, Reputation is a warm bronze shimmer, Burn is a slightly deeper bronze shimmer, End Game is a cool toned grey matte, Dreamweaver is a grey metallic shimmer with silver sparkle, Distilled appears to be a sheer silver grey shimmer, Bucked is a medium toned matte brown that almost disappears into the skin colour of the arm, Boundaries a slightly warmer brown matte and Blur is a bone coloured matte. These descriptions are based off the image above alone so could be incorrect. Below is a video comparing the Naked Reloaded to the first Naked palette by The Latte Girl.
The colours included in Naked Reloaded definitely can be categorised as staples and would make a great basic palette to cover all the necessary shades one might need, I do like the inclusion of warm and cool toned mattes in one palette I do think that is smart. Overall, I am not blown away by the shades, swatches or the packaging, the inclusion of a coral matte reminds me of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Sultry Palette which, in my opinion, has a better array of shades and distinctly better packaging. I personally think the original Naked Palette is better based on pictures alone, I will be interested to see how people react to this palette in person and if the shadows themselves perform better on the eyes than seen in the swatches. Urban Decay makes great eyeshadows, I know a lot of people love their newer Naked palettes i.e. Heat and Cherry, and I am a great fan of their formula, for me I already have such a great amount of neutral staple shades already in my collection that this might be surplus to requirements. Nevertheless, I would love to know what you think? Do you like the look of this palette? Will you buy it? Do you think it is similar to ABH Sultry? Let me know in the comments below, we are only one week into January and already there are so many new products being announced, thank you so much for reading. Follow me on Bloglovin'. Take care.
What are your thoughts on the new Naked Reloaded?
Love ❤

On the whole it does look rather boring and so similar to ABH Sultry palette. However, there are some pretty shade there. Xx

Effortlessly Sophisticated
Very pretty! But I'm usually drawn to palettes with more pops of colour so this isn't screaming my name at the moment.

Woah this looks just the Sultry palette from ABH. I'm not instantly drawn to this, it looks like it's taken shades from the other palettes, which is probably where reloaded comes from, but as I have most of the other ones- this seems a little pointless. It does look like a pretty palette though xx

I have kind of lost track of all the NAKED releases over time and can't say I am overly tempted by this one either.

Ngl, I'm a little on the fence as to whether to get it. I'm a complete UD fan and own all there naked palettes, but I just don't know about this one!

The original Naked palette is one of my all time favourites, but I'm still undecided about how I feel about the reloaded. Will have to check it out in person and see if it calls to me xx

Urban decay never has created palettes that have appealed to me. Only heat and cherry appealed to me (which I purchased simultaneously). I'm happy to own them but the urban decay formula hasn't stood out to me compared to other high end brands so I probably won't purchase other palettes from them. Plus the shade range of this one doesn't catch my attention.
